Allison,

One "Aspiration Point" for you for being the first to submit your list. Monthly I am checking in with you to see how your doing with the list. In the meantime, I agree lets see each other more than twice a year !

Happy New Year !

MIC - I will help you to achieve your goal of getting three people to post their resolutions...

1. Learn a new language
2. Start my own blog (and poach readers from yours to build my community - MUAHAHAH)
3. See more theater shows - maybe 1/month
4. Write a movie script (already started this one!)
5. Take a new employee under my wing
6. Begin to raise money to open my own bar as well as move forward with finding a location and solidifying the idea.
7. Think of 10 potential "new" business ideas (idea #1 - start a street teaming company with Michael Cedar - HA!).
8. Run a half-marathon
9. Develop my own project that will actually EARN money in 2009.
10. Return MIC's printer.

MIC- "...and now, Michael Cedar's goal for three posted goal sets..."

Well, it's been awhile since I wrote my goals down, since they're all current projects on my desk. I look at them and work towards them everyday. But I started out by writing them down, and it sort of morphed into a few folders I work on all the time. Writing them down really does work.

GOALS:
1. Become closer to God in what I think, say, and do everyday, and try to set a positive example for others to follow.

2. Nurture my relationship with my fiance' so our bond will become deeper, stronger, and more intimate, thus cementing the foundation of our marriage.

3. Develop better relationships with the people that care about me and the people I care about by taking the time to listen, respond, and be there when they need me.

4. Launch AudioUnderground, Inc. onto the World Wide Web by contracting with a reputable and capable designer and following through until the site is fully operational. Build it by signing up 50 artists by the end of the year.

5. Earn my second Associate's Degree from Kent State, this one in Computer Technology.

They are not that huge... but, in no particular order:

-Learn about AppleScript.

-Empty out the folder labeled "Deal with this later." (Yes that is really what the folder is labeled) It is my procrastination destination. It contains nothing important, just a bunch of junk waiting for sorting...later.

-Take care of the "situation" in Vegas. What happened there, did not stay there... Enough said.

-Take more photos, without being one of those crazy camera people.

Kate Egan

It's taken me a few days to get to this, but here is a short list of my goals for the New Year...

1. Find employment in the coming year that is as fulfilling as my current position while also providing a learning curve for new skills. I can only hope to find colleagues as great as the ones I have.

2. Blog on a more regular basis. My tour diary tends to suck up inordinate amounts of time, and by the time I'm finished, I'm spent for blogging. I will make a more concerted effort.

3. Get my financial house the rest of the way in order - both liquid assets and longer-term investments, moving things around to be more advantageous long-term.

4. Begin work on a new creative project.
